Pricing

All prices are listed in AUD, unless otherwise stated.

Brick City On Tour reserves the right to update prices, promotions, product availability, and shipping fees at any time.

If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a refund.

Order Process

Orders are confirmed once full payment has been received.

Shipping & Delivery

Brick City On Tour currently ships within Australia.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

Order Cut-Off Times

Orders placed before 1:00 PM are shipped the same business day.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM are shipped the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard Delivery: 4–7 working days
Express Delivery: 3–5 working days
Priority Delivery: 2–4 working days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, especially for remote areas.

Delays may occur due to courier disruptions, high demand, weather events, public holidays, logistics issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing your order.

Brick City On Tour is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, missed delivery, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to collect a parcel, additional shipping fees may apply.

Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused

  • Items must be in original packaging

  • Items must be in resellable condition

  • All tags, labels, inserts, and accessories must be included

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Change of mind returns are accepted, provided the item meets the return conditions above.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

Any product issue must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

Warranty

Brick City On Tour offers a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Airline, airport, or carrier damage

  • Scratches, scuffs, dents, or marks from regular travel use

  • Damage caused by overpacking

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper handling

  • Accidental damage

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by water, heat, impact, or improper cleaning

  • Damage caused by pets, excessive force, neglect, or improper storage

  • Cosmetic changes caused by regular use

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at groupbrickcity@gmail.com with your order number, photos, and a clear description of the issue.

Complaints & Customer Support

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Your full name

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos or supporting evidence, where relevant

Our team aims to respond within 2 business days.

Valid complaints may be resolved through:

  • Replacement

  • Refund
